Born and raised in Northern Virginia and a proud Fairfax County graduate, Andrew Maravas brings a lifetime of local knowledge and deep-rooted community values to his work. As one of the Managing Partners of Beyond Exteriors, Andrew has built his career on integrity, expertise, and a heartfelt commitment to customer care.
His journey into construction began early, working for a home improvement contractor. Starting as an accounting administrator, he immersed himself in every aspect of the business—growing into roles as a sales assistant, production manager, and ultimately, a sales consultant. These wide-ranging experiences laid the foundation for his comprehensive understanding of business operations and customer needs.
Andrew also pursued a degree in criminal justice, which sharpened his sense of ethics and reinforced his dedication to doing right by customers, employees, and the community.
He further honed his skills in construction sales and project management across several local roofing companies. But a growing frustration with the industry's disregard for customers and employees led him to forge his own path. That’s how Beyond Exteriors was born—with a mission grounded in Trust, Care, and Value.
He believes in treating every home as if it were his own, earning trust through thoughtful service and delivering exceptional value that goes beyond expectations.
Outside of work, Andrew is happiest in nature—hiking with his wife, children, and the family dog. For him, being a dad is life’s greatest adventure.

George Simmons is one of the Managing Partners of Beyond Exteriors, a company he co-founded with the vision of prioritizing customers and employees above profits. Raised in Northern Virginia, George is a proud Loudoun County graduate and currently resides in the area with his wife and young family.
George's journey in the home improvement industry began with his first job as an associate at a home improvement superstore and quickly transitioned into management and leadership. Later, as an outside sales representative for a national window manufacturer, George attended national trade shows and deepened his industry knowledge. Driven by his passion for construction and sales, he joined a local remodeling firm's sales team and later worked for several local home improvement companies, where he further refined his skills in construction sales and project management.
However, George often found himself frustrated by the lack of respect for customers and employees in the industry. This frustration fueled his desire to start his own business—one that would encourage employees to achieve their personal goals while providing exceptional service to customers. Together with his co-founder, Beyond Exteriors was born from this vision, with a clear mission: to prioritize taking care of customers first, then employees and crews, and lastly, profit for the business.
Under George's leadership, Beyond Exteriors has become known for its commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction. George's dedication to his principles and his team continues to drive the company toward success and growth.
When he’s not leading Beyond Exteriors, George enjoys working out, biking, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and kids.

With over 25 years of experience as a controller in the construction industry, Linda Dluzyn has been an integral part of Beyond Exteriors for over a decade. At Beyond Exteriors, Linda expertly manages accounting, benefits, business licenses, insurance, HR, payroll, and customer relations. Her meticulous and organized approach ensures everything runs smoothly.
A Pennsylvania native, Linda pursued her business education in California before settling in Virginia to raise her family. She began her career in banking and later worked as an assistant controller for a real estate management firm, eventually finding her niche as a controller in construction.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with her family, including her beloved grandchildren and French Bulldog, Rocco.

BeLinda has been part of the Beyond Exteriors family for over eight years. BeLinda takes pride in everything she does from sourcing materials, managing project execution, to ensuring customer satisfaction. Her ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously has been essential in managing projects effectively. BeLinda's inquisitive nature motivates her to find innovative solutions to challenging obstacles. She enjoys collaborating with her colleagues to continuously improve the process.
BeLinda was born and raised in Fairfax County and is a proud graduate of West Potomac High School. Her journey in customer service started while still in high school, seating tables at a local Pub House in Old Town Alexandria. After college, she returned to the customer service field with an administrative role at a real estate bank. BeLinda developed a passion for helping people and shifted her skills to support the homeless and underserved members of her community through a nonprofit organization.
BeLinda is a dedicated mother to two wonderful children. She and her family enjoy exploring new places, having cozy movie nights at home & experiencing friendly competitions at local bowling and arcade establishments.
When BeLinda is not busy sourcing materials or being a supermom, she is a doodling aficionado. Art has always been a passion of BeLinda’ s and she loves expressing her creativity through drawing and painting. BeLinda has a bright personality and a deep commitment to making a positive impact, both at work and in her personal life. She brings a sense of dedication, creativity, and joy to the team.
