Update to my 2018 review (which was also a 5-star review): Two years after installing a new roof and adding insulation to the attic, I noticed the attic fan was running much more than it should. Beyond Exteriors came out and figured out that an electrician, who had done unrelated work in the attic, had changed the settings for the attic fan. They fixed it at no charge. It’s pretty hard to find a 5-star roofing company, and even harder to find one that stands behind their work and will come out to address issues years later.
