I had a mission. Install a solar powered attic fan to cool off our upper level and save electricity. Andrew promptly replied to my e-mails, came out to give a free estimate and the work was performed a week later by George. So far the new fan is working well, our attic is about 20-30F cooler and there haven’t been any problems. Five out of five stars and I would use this business again.

I had storm damage from our last really bad storm, I needed a minor repair to my roof and a new gutter in the back because it had been damaged by the storm. George came out and gave me an estimate, talked about how long it would take and I also asked for an estimate on the front gutter because you can’t do one without the other really it would look bad. The workman came out in a timely fashion, they cleaned up after themselves and I was very pleased with the work they did on the roof. Then the gutter guys came out and installed the new gutters and we got screens added to them so we wouldn’t always have to go up and clean them out ourselves. Our last rain storm the gutters did an excellent job and we are pleased with the work that was done. We should all give a shout out to Betsy their administrative person because she is the first contact with the company and always very pleasant and knowledgeable and to me that says alot about a company.

I selected BE after a pretty extensive Internet search and couldn’t be happier with the result. As I write this message my gutters have been replaced, the roof done, and a attic fan installed. We still have shutters to be installed.
Andrew has been wonderfully attentive throughout the entire process and the BE team very professional. They have been at all scheduled appointments on time and left the place clean.
At the beginning of the process Andrew walked us through various options for our roof, gutters, and shutters and was very responsive as we continued the conversation over email. I highly recommend this company.

I have been working with Andrew for several months now – I have the house from hell. I am SO happy with him and this company.
I bought a house a year ago and have had the most persistent, obnoxious leak the whole time. 2 contractors took my money and then didn’t fix it. I found Beyond Exteriors on Yelp and gave them a shot. So far I’m very happy – and my leak isn’t even fixed yet.
Even though the leak isn’t fixed yet, I am confident it will be…if we could only figure out the problem. I trust Andrew and his advice and he always calls back, shows up on time, and is so professional.. I’ve also spoken with Megan to schedule appointments and she is great as well.
I can’t really say enough good things about these guys. They really care about customer service and it shows. The BEST.

So happy we chose George and Andrew to replace our roof. They replied to my original inquery for an estimate almost immediately, and scheduled to come out and take a look the very next day. Were very thorough and took lots of pictures to show me points of damage and what the best approach to resolving our leaking issues would be. We looked at several other roofing companies as a point of comparison and Beyond Exteriors outshined all others with their responsiveness and timeliness. Their costs were slightly below everyone else too!
The repair time itself was great. They were on time, clearly explained what they were doing, and thoroughly explained any issues they encountered so we felt involved. They are also so passionate about their work!! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys are great, highly recommended.
We were getting various leaks throughout our roof, which we ended up having them replace.
I worked with Andrew, who was very responsive. He did a very thorough job inspecting both on top and under the roof – and even providing pictures of all the damage areas.
He provided a detail quote providing me with my options (Repair vs Replace roof), as well as answering all my questions to help make my decision. Price was very reasonable and was able to schedule/perform the work rather quickly.
Couple months after the roof replacement I notice a small leak. I contacted Andrew and he came out the very next morning. The cause of the problem ended up being a poor job done by our Dish Network installer, by not properly sealing the dish bolts in a recent install. Even though it wasn’t Beyond Exterior’s fault, Andrew applied the sealant for us, free of charge.

These guys are really good…I totally recommend them. I worked with Andrew, who was fantastic.
My situation: I had a small roof repair (replace about 4 shingles) but I needed it done fast.
Here’s why I gave them 5 stars:
1. Super responsive/ good communication – I literally called about 8-10 roofers before I got a live person. After the initial conversation with Andrew, I called him several more times over the course of the job and never got voicemail. Needless to say, this made the process of getting information and confirming details super easy. He explained all the details without pressuring me in any way…no arm twisting with these guys.
2. Great rate – after comparing email quotes that i received from other companies, they had the best rate by far. Andrew was honest and completely straightforward…didn’t try to take advantage of my situation in any way, but was understanding and worked with me.
3. Very professional – don’t know too much about roofing but this company was very professional. Clean cut, had all the necessary tool, and completed the job much faster than expected. I was not home when the repair was done but called me right away once it was completed and even texted me some pics of the work.
Overall, I really appreciated their work and how they went about it.

These guys are as good as it gets. They are the BEST!
It is always good business practice to get at least three quotes before you go into business with any company. I made my four phone calls and I would either have to leave a message and go through hoops to get someone on the phone with me.
One time, I made an appointment for a free estimate with Best Window and Glass and wasted my whole day for a no show; not even a returned phone call.
But when I called Beyond Exteriors, my phone call was answered right away and I was able to get an appoint for a free estimate. It was even after hours so that I don’t have to take off from work.
George and Andrew were always either available to take my phone call, replied to my email, or called me back. They were professional and courteous the throughout the whole business transaction. I was able to get a status report; and they delivered earlier than promised!
Their work proposal was absolutely professional; they were courteous on the phone/email, kept their appointments, and delivered a quality product and labor. They cleaned up after themselves and replaced the trimming on my window for free.
The window looks fantastic! I would recommend them to my friends and families and I’m definitely using their services again.

I first heard about this company from here on Yelp so I had no personal reference. I was really relying on the reviews. I was in need of gutter repair or replacement – wasn’t sure. Andrew came out on a Saturday to give me an estimate. He took his time. If I had enough questions to keep him all day, I swear he would have stayed. He was so patient! When he checked the gutters he took his camera and he actually showed me what he was talking about. I did get another estimate but Andrew was more than half the price. His crew did the work almost immediately. Was I satisfied with the work? Not completely at first. The crew left my deck dirty and after cutting part of my arm rest to my deck some (i knew they had to do some cutting) a big hole was left. I also noticed that the fix to the fascia board was white and stood out since it was not the same paint color as my original. So, I shared all my concerns with Andrew and he immediately handled everything. He sent the crew out the next day to clean my deck. He also offered to replace the wood piece to my deck and if I got matching paint he was willing to paint the fascia board. In the end, it all looked great and the price was right! Andrew is so great to work with. This company is worth checking out-even if it’s a second opinion.

Beyond exteriors did a terrific job with my home. I had a terrible leak in my roof that was slowly causing water damage to my attic. Did a great job replacing a rotted fascia board and installing drip edging. Andrew quickly prepared a professional estimate and sent pictures showing exactly what was wrong and how he proposed to repair it. The repairs proceeded quickly and did exactly what I had hoped.
